Waynetown – Riley Wethington, 51, formerly of Waynetown died
late Sunday in Methodist Hospital in Peoria, Ill. Mr. Wethington had been an
off-shore oil well driller in Texas and New Orleans, and for the past year he
had been living in Peoria, where he was employed by the Salvation Army. Born
Dec 29, 1936 in Crawfordsville he attended Waynetown Elementary and New
Richmond HS. Surviving are two brothers, Carl Wethington of New Jersey and Fred
Wethington of Lafayette; and three sisters, Mrs. Charles (Ruby) Forney of
Altamonte Springs, Fla, Mrs. Bill (Jessie)
DePriest of Evansville and Mrs. Robert (Lou) Rosen of Waynetown.
